Established in Chengdu in 2023, the Society of Oneness is an art collective that strives to explore an avant-garde expression for Intermedia space. Inspired by the aesthetic concepts of ink and Zen Buddhism, we aim to conduct improvisational performances with different disciplines of art, fusing them together to create temporal immersive spaces.

"One" is a philosophical number in Buddhism and Taoism. It is not only the point of origin that gives birth to the erratic formal reality we live in, but also the metaphysical oneness that permeates different existences. We believe that all forms of art exist to express the aesthetic experience with the oneness that underlies individual existences and the formal world. By breaking the boundaries of art, we are returning to seek the uniformity of art and the beauty of our ephemeral existence.
